A handmade, competition-grade, curly-leaf sencha. The quality of this special tea is evident in the uniformity of the leaves and their deep sheen. Once brewed, they transform into fluorescent green gems, symbolizing how early these leaves were picked and the incredible depth of flavor—limited stock of only 3kg and harvested April 2023. We've aged this green tea for a year, a practice common in Uji, to allow the amino acids to balance and deepen the flavor. Steamed in the classic Asa-mushi style, the tea liquor is a pale yellow and replete with incredible flavor.
