Each piece is crafted by hand from a single sand-cast mold, where the intricate design and texture are pressed into place. The kettle-making process revolves entirely around the mold, utilizing tools and stamps passed down through generations, ensuring a touch of traditional artistry in every modern piece. The mold is then expertly formed and designed before molten iron is poured in, left to cool and solidify for several days, and finally freed from its sand womb.
