To remove the chasen from its box, carefully tear it out. Remove the paper remaining on the base by rubbing it with your wet finger until completely removed. It is not necessary to soak the whisk in water to remove the glue. The adhesive used is completely natural. Please understand that bamboo tends to snap/crack, and although we inspect every piece before shipping, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive intact or not crack after use.
