To remove the chasen from its box, carefully tear it out. Remove the paper remaining on the base by rubbing it with your wet finger until completely removed and it is not necessary to soak the whisk in water to remove. The rice glue adhesive used is entirely natural. Please note that bamboo is prone to snapping or cracking, and although we inspect every piece before shipping, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive intact or remain uncracked after use.
