A rare type of Shou fermented in a bamboo tube for an incredibly aromatic and pungent taste. Harvested, processed, and fermented in 1988 for long-term aging. Often, the bamboo tube will disintegrate and leave the solid chunk of pure tea behind. This is a beautiful example of dry storage aging to transform this tea into a magnificent treasure patiently. The color is dark and piercing, and the liquid's weight is heavy. The clarity of its aroma and pure taste reveal how pristine the tea was kept for the last 30 years in the same place it was processed.
