Harvested, processed, and fermented in 2007 and left to mature for two years before being pressed into a mini Bing cake. This is a beautiful example of dry storage aging to transform this tea into a magnificent treasure patiently. The color is dark and piercing, and the liquid's weight is heavy. The clarity of its aroma and pure taste reveal how pristine the tea was kept for the last 16 years in the same place it was processed.
