Crafted using high-quality, sun-dried, spring-picked leaves through traditional spontaneous fermentation. Relying on the indigenous yeast in the production facility evolved over several decades. The small, young leaves are conveniently pressed into small disks that have aged for over a decade to mellow out the fermentation funk and deepen the taste while naturally lowering caffeine. Dry aged for a wonderful smooth ride from start to end!
