慧苑坑老丛水仙 "Hui Yuan Keng Old Tree Narcissus Flower"
Hui Yuan Keng, a core production area of Wuyi rock tea referred to as San Keng Liang Jian, is renowned for its "Three Caves and Two Streams." Nestled in an idyllic location, these steep valleys are veiled in perpetual mists and blessed by warm, moisture-laden air and scarce sunshine that ensures a coat of soft moss covers the tea plants. Sought after for the experience, the tea made from 60-year-old trees offers a captivating orchid fragrance that carries with it the "Rock Rhyme" of Yan Yun: a flavor that reflects its aroma, hue, and quality of brewed liquor.
Since 2017, the workshop of Ye Qitong, a renowned Intangible Cultural Tea Master, has been carefully crafting our Wu Yi Yan Cha. Ye Qitong selects the best varietals grown in Wu Yi Shan ravine, resulting in Cliff Rock Oolongs, among the finest in China. These teas are distinguished by the age of their trees and expert use of charcoal-firing techniques.
